There are so many other salons in Kelowna who actually take pride in their work and care about their clients. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The place is dingy, the customer service abysmal, quality of work is subpar to say the least. Photo attached was 2 days after a full touch up 🙃 over the past 7 months I would be lucky if I could go 2 weeks without having to come in for bead fixes. Will never be back again.
My girlfriend had an awful experience and deserves an apology. She was publicly embarrassed an experienced that would traumatized anyone. Absolutely the worst customer service I've witnessed in a long time. Apologize!
