Review is LONG overdue. I have been a client going on 4 years now and I have never experienced any disappointment. Customer service 5 star! My favorite line is the Regal Collection. I've purchased the vixen collection 5 times and recommend their hair to all my family and friends.

I’ve just received my hair in the mail (plush curl) and it looks and feels amazing but the hair quality (though very important) is not the only reason for my 5-star rating. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Ebony from product purchase through to product delivery and she was nothing short of: patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased hair here in August the lady told me it would last 3 years the hair sheds like crazy. I didn’t even have my hair done one month and I had 2 clean my brush 4x. Very disappointed on how expensive it was vs what I got. I always like 2 support black owned but this was a miss 4 me. 300+ bucks on hair I can’t use again.
