The Experts Oz certainly lived up to their name. Despite quite a few challenges installing a fully ducted Panasonic system to my small 2 story townhouse, the result in one word is spectacular. The controller is where I wanted it, all ducting is hidden, the indoor unit is hidden, all electrical cable is hidden, the outdoor unit is out of sight and to top it all off, silent running. Troy and his team were great to work with. They were straight forward and professional from the initial onsite visit and quote review process to installation. Hope I don’t need Troy’s help on an Air Con anytime soon but would definitely use his services again.
