Found Mr. Luis on FB Marketplace. He stayed in good communication with me for 2 days, then came out to where my car had been stranded. Got my OLD, Cranky BMW up and running. Saved me a massive tow truck fee. Will def use him again if the need arose.
Edit: came back to add a photo of the text, cause mechanics like you live to get over on people and tell lies. You charged me $65 for a 35 minute drive. So how do you charge by distance when you told me my car has to come to the shop to be fixed on? And secondly, you didn’t inform me you were sending a different mechanic. Let’s not. Was in such a rush to make the money they took my car without permission a day earlier then we had originally discussed just to drop it off in the same non working condition. Dishonest and full of greed . Please do me a favor and do not trust them . I will also be contacting BBB and posting on my large social media platform for others to beware .
