I highly recommend giving Nathaniel and Brittany a call if you want to sell your house in GA. Nathaniel does exactly what he says he will do and you can tell they actually care about helping people. I read some other reviews and it sounds like I'm not the only one who feels that way either.

The folks at Expert Home Buyers by far gave me the best cash offer in town for my home. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made selling my home far easier than traditional home sale methods. No hidden fee’s, no listing costs, no commission costs, no closing costs and no random strangers touring my home. I would defiantly use them again in the future if I needed to sell a house.

This probably isn't the typical review. Believe it or not- I foolishly signed a contract with someone else and regret it. During my family's ordeal...somehow I began a conversation with *Nathaniel*... at the Expert Home Buyers..And.. without sounding corny or whatever I don't know what I would have done without his advice. Please understand but I'm still at this moment under contract with someone else and it has gone sour. Not only was this young man not nasty about me signing with someone else...
