Expanding Light is perfect place for a healing spiritual retreat. I’ve stayed here for a personal retreat as well as for several organized retreats. Each time, the experience has been uplifting and rejuvenating. The organized retreats are thoughtfully created with inspiring content and activities. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Expanding Light retreat center. Meerabi greeted me with warmth & compassion. I came as a Karma Yogi to learn how a spiritual community operates as well as deepen my spiritual life. This place is it if you’re in America. Truly Transformative Experience My stay at this meditation retreat was absolutely amazing. The entire experience felt deeply healing and restorative. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive; you can feel that they genuinely care about each guest’s journey. Ananda is an amazing retreat. The people that live and work there have an amazing sense of peace. They are very open to sharing their practices, both in formal and informal settings, on how they’ve reached that state of peace. It is a blessing and a challenge for those of us who visit. The food and the scenery are amazing as well as the yoga and meditation practices that are offered.
