The Exercise room is fantastic. Very supportive and caters to all levels of fitness. Emile is an incredibly supportive coach and the vibe at the Parnell gym is positive and fun where everyone is made to feel welcome. I was training for my first HYROX and felt fully supported and valued.
Great gym, very helpful and friendly staff. The team training is great! Definitely recommend!!!

I joined ER a couple of weeks ago, and I’m really impressed. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has all the right equipment for my workouts. Emile and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always approachable.
I am an older Exercise Room attendee & Emile & his team have been very welcoming & empathetic to my age & my desire to get more flexibility back into my body. I am a reasonably fit 76 year old but Emile & team have been so professional & patient with me as they personalised a programme for me to work on & have been very encouraging at every visit.
