I’ve been training with ExCo for several years and it’s been invaluable. I arrived with a few physical issues and the goal of staying active and avoiding surgery. Through their constant support, care, and expert guidance, I’ve been able to maintain my lifestyle, manage pain, and keep my body strong and capable. My goal in taking up personal training at ExCo in my sixties was to be stronger, fitter and more stable. This is a quality Gold Standard facility run and staffed by caring, friendly and highly experienced exercise professionals. Always a positive and welcoming experience coming here.
