The trainers are great, equipment is excellent, and it's very clean!
The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and the facility is clean and well-appointed with state-of-the-art equipment.
I would recommend The Exercise Coach to folks of any age or fitness level. If you are serious about trying to get in better shape and either do not have the time or the commitment to do it totally by yourself, The Exercise Coach is a fantastic step in the right direction. I was skeptical of the "20 minutes twice a week" cadence at first, but I quickly realized that I leave every session feeling like I had a fantastic workout that was curated to my needs.
