Amazing technology that uses resistance training to build strength along with one on one coaching. Definitely worth checking out if you know you are losing strength as you are aging. They currently are offering two complimentary appointments so you can decide for yourself.

I love The Exercise Coach! The owners John and Karen have created a wonderful workout option in Flemington NJ. The unique robotic equipment allows for a great strength workout in just 20 minutes twice a week. The machines provide stability for the body with each repetition making it a very safe exercise environment. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!
I am very happy I made the decision to join. I have noticeably been feeling my strength increasing. The coaches are all very kind, professional, and motivating. I find the machines are challenging, and I like that I can track my progress.
