I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach in Cumming for over 8 months now and have had a great experience. The workouts are efficient and effective — just 20 minutes of resistance and cardio training, but the smart machines track your previous sessions and gradually increase the challenge as your strength improves. Knowledge and supportive coaches! I can tell it’s helping my fitness level after first month!
Amazing have been the results!!! Nothing that I could have anticipated!!! Before I finished my first three months I was already doing stairs again, my posture improved tremendously as well as the level of energy. In addition I have to add that the coaches are excellent and always trying to help you for you to achieve your goals. The Exercise Coach system is a no-brainer!!! Go for it… as I did!!!!!!!
The Exercise Coach has been such a great experience for me. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and made me feel completely comfortable getting back into exercising after many years away. I truly appreciate their encouragement and professionalism. Highly recommend!
