I joined the Exercise Coach program almost 2 years now. I have seen wonderful changes jn my strength, energy level, core and even posture. I have been through two wrist surgeries during this time and my membership was paused.so I could recover. Once cleared to return, exercises were modified as needed. All the staff are super friendly and encouraging. I am amazed at what a good workout I can get in just 20 minutes. Even when I don’t want to go, I tell myself it’s just 20 minutes and get myself to go. Both my husband and I have better muscles now than we did with a personal trainer and in less time each week.

Started out great, but unfortunately things went downhill after about 3 weeks. There seemed to be a constant rotation of newer coaches who were not properly trained or supervised, which became very concerning, especially in a program that’s supposed to be coach-led and focused on safety. My 90-year-old mother was injured while using one of the machines.
