Started out great, but unfortunately things went downhill after about 3 weeks. There seemed to be a constant rotation of newer coaches who were not properly trained or supervised, which became very concerning, especially in a program that’s supposed to be coach-led and focused on safety. My 90-year-old mother was injured while using one of the machines. All the staff are super friendly and encouraging. I am amazed at what a good workout I can get in just 20 minutes. Even when I don’t want to go, I tell myself it’s just 20 minutes and get myself to go. Both my husband and I have better muscles now than we did with a personal trainer.
Very knowledgeable staff with helpful attention to detail. Very encouraging!
