Joined years ago trained for a while then they had a prize for signing friends up and you win an iPad I got told I won but then they said I didn't it was given to someone else was never told who. After that I went and cancelled my membership because I felt like they scammed me now I'm getting emails over 5 years later saying that I didn't. Don't trust them scammers
Been trying to cancel my membership for about 6months but it still currently going out and I have moved to Brisbane, what to do they never answer the phone or email or countless msg on messenger.
I have went in and canceled my membership last year in person. To still have money debited from my bank, I have called so many times for at least 8 MONTHS emailed , face book via messenger, mobile and yet there is no response, or I have had a call back and it's hung up on me. The front reception was unsure of it as Michael doesn't respond, she clearly could see it canceled on the screen yet she can email me the documentation so I can have the debt company calling me daily even they think it sounds FISHY with this gym!! Had a membership for over a year and had to cancel it due to moving. They continued to debit my account after cancellation and handing in of fob. Never received my money back even tried calling and talking to Michael owner. Such a shame when I had been a loyal customer recommending they to everyone. They also did the same to my best friend however they at least returned the overdrawn funds.
