Seriously, this needs to be your place to shop. What a great experience. You can go in, have a great conversation, try on and try out running shoes with no pressure and feeling of bothering anyone when you want to try many shoes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they know their stuff. I tried a few shoes, road and trail, and went with Mount to Coast H1 and what a great pair of shoes. Going forward, this is the only place I’ll buy from. Also, I’d say they have the largest selection of running shoes in Tennessee.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff with a good selection of gear. The woman that helped me listened to all my concerns and recommended shoes based off my challenges. Will be back!
