The Exchange is my go-to running store in Nashville. It's not just a "running store" though they have incredible shoe options for every type of athlete, and apparel that isn't exclusively major brands (love to see Bandit and Tracksmith, for instance). The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping runners find the right gear instead of just making a sale.
