The best customer service ever! I love this store. They go the extra mile for you, are super kind and helpful. Loved my experience there buying the best shoes that work for me.
Without exaggeration some of the best customer service I’ve received (shoutout to Ashley) from some genuinely kind and passionate people. Insane selection, too. Can’t recommend enough for all things running, coffee, and community.
Seriously, this needs to be your place to shop. What a great experience. You can go in, have a great conversation, try on and try out running shoes with no pressure and feeling of bothering anyone when you want to try many shoes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they know their stuff. I tried a few shoes, road and trail, and went with Mount to Coast H1 and what a great pair of shoes. Going forward, this is the only place I’ll buy from. Also, I’d say they have the largest selection of running shoes in Tennessee.
