The Exchange is the best running store i’ve been to, hands down. I travel all over the world and this place has a vibe and energy like no where else. If you’re looking for anything related to running, or even just someone to talk to about running or how to get started, Lauren and James are your people. They got to know me and my needs while other running stores are boring and stale.
I have wide feet from years of dance as a kid, has been a STRUGGLE to find shoes with ample room in the toe box. Went in and fitted over 20+ shoes with a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Ordered a pair they didn’t have and now I have my forever shoe!!
I recently ordered some Track Smith products from The Exchange Running Collective and was able to pick them up hassle free on a week day evening while I was travelling through Nashville. The ordering process was smooth and not confusing whatsoever. I was glad I did opt for in store pick up, because the store was amazing. Amazing place with a fantastic, knowledgeable staff! I can be a pretty challenging customer, especially when it comes to finding the right shoes for flatter feet. But the staff here was incredibly patient and didn't give up until they found me the perfect pair. Highly recommend!
