The condos are terrible!!! Stay away! You will literally hear conversations from the people above, below and to the side of you. When the people above you walk, it will sound like that are going to break the ceiling and shake the lights and fan. You can hear conversations from outside as well. I will never buy from EDGEhomes because of this experience!
They give zero on street parking with no legitimate warnings about it, they have small signs here and there saying certain spots you can’t park but nothing about the completely legal parking areas. They give you nowhere to park for how many people live here then tow your vehicle when you can’t find anywhere
This review is mostly for Clark Graff and Steve Cordner. We had an issue with our basement due to the drain covers initially being covered with sod. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but seems that the HOA hired the landscaping company who put the mistakenly put sod over the down spout covers resulting in excessive water around our foundation.
