This review is mostly for Clark Graff and Steve Cordner. We had an issue with our basement due to the drain covers initially being covered with sod. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but seems that the HOA hired the landscaping company who put the mistakenly put sod over the down spout covers resulting in excessive water around our foundation. I’ve been through multiple Edge Homes developments, and while their homes look beautiful on the surface, the quality and craftsmanship leave much to be desired. 🧱 Construction & Materials Edge Homes feels like C-tier quality at A-tier prices. Many of the materials used are just barely up to code—or fall short. For example, basement beams are supposed to be 16 inches apart, but several were off by an inch or more, and some were noticeably crooked. They decided to have 40+ resident vehicles impounded after a poorly communicated road resurfacing project schedule was changed when the towing company even offered to do a relocation service in place of impounding. Corruption and a complete disregard for residents best interest.
They towed my car that was parked in a regular spot just after leaving a short stupid notice in the door while I WAS TRAVELLING, the note in the door doesn't include a phone number or where my car was towed to. This HOA SUCKS
