They decided to have 40+ resident vehicles impounded after a poorly communicated road resurfacing project schedule was changed when the towing company even offered to do a relocation service in place of impounding. Corruption and a complete disregard for residents best interest.
They towed my car that was parked in a regular spot just after leaving a short stupid notice in the door while I WAS TRAVELLING, the note in the door doesn't include a phone number or where my car was towed to. This HOA SUCKS
Man oh man watch out for that TEN YEAR foundation warranty. What they actually mean by it is if you DO have an issue they will say it’s the landscapers fault or your fault for not maintaining the grass area near your home. Imagine that! I should’ve known that I needed to maintain the teeny space of grass to prevent any leaks in my basement. Silly me. The largest/wealthiest home builder in Utah can’t even hold up on their end of the warranties on the home THEY built. Sad!
I feel for homeowners here; the quality just doesn’t measure up. Lawn services are sloppy—we replaced wood chips and plants, only for the lawn team to ruin most of it. When I raised concerns, two managers came by and treated me dismissively. Not a great reflection of their business. On a brighter note, snow removal was better this year, with roads and pathways cleared more thoroughly. Unfortunately, they cut our drip lines in the process, which felt like a preventable oversight.
