I was on the hunt to find a good clean well maintained apartment complex and I stumbled across the exchange. I met Blake and Maria got a tour and was sold right away. The process to get into an apartment was soo easy that I was shocked. I’ve lived in big cities my entire life this has been the easiest process and nicest management I’ve ever had to deal with. I move in on Saturday and cannot wait to change my address.

Looking at apartments for a friend coming back from overseas. Maria took us on a tour and was very knowledgeable and nice. Good experience.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The place is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The managers, Blake and Courtney, are super friendly and easy to talk to, and maintenance usually fixes things pretty fast. It feels like a comfortable place to come home to. I’d definitely recommend it.
