When we have gone to The Exchange looking for Movies and Robin is working, she will take time to check the back to see if it is available if it in not in the displays on the floor. Came here on a referral for vinyl albums. Had 3 I have been looking for and one my friend had been looking for. Workersnon floor were nice but the 2 gentlemen working the registers (managers I think) were assholes. They seemed bothered anytime I asked something. Asked them to hold a album until Saturday for a friend making a 2 hour drive to get it... they have a bin that says extensive holds.. they made it seem like it was a big deal.
