Really enjoy going to classes. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are professional and supportive. I can feel the difference in my body after a few classes and I’m definitely building my strength. I recommend The Evolved.
Joined The Evolved Gym hoping for guidance after a string of injuries in and out of the gym over 10+ years. I've only been attending classes for two weeks, but can already see the difference in how this place is run. There's emphasis on form and technique, and adjusting to support progress through injury. I've had a really positive experience so far, and love the safe, non-judgemental community the PTs at Evolved are creating
