I am very disappointed with this clinic. We chose it because of the many positive reviews, but in reality, it turned out to be the worst experience. When we made the booking, the receptionist was helpful. However, after the initial consultation, they were not supportive at all. Their communication was vague, with no clear explanations or treatment plans. It was just a waste of money and time. Were all those reviews fake…?

We had a fantastic experience with fertility investigations and an IUI at The Evewell under Dr Ewa Goncikowska's care. We had already had investigations elsewhere and felt we had been brushed off - our experience at The Evewell was so different, and they took into account all our previous tests and investigations, and deep dived into them. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I just wish I’d found them 3 years earlier! I have just completed a round of egg freezing with the West London clinic under the care of the amazing Dr Montse Amodeo. I had done 3 rounds previously 3 years earlier with a well known clinic, but I hadn’t been successful at freezing many eggs with them, and when my personal circumstances changed I wanted to try and increase my chances by giving it another go.
