Over all the place is great, nothing to rave about, maintenance is great, front office is great but the wifi is horrid….
Awesome place! Moved in 2 months ago! Move in experience is great. I lived in an apartment my entire adult life and this is a dream. I'll keep it real with you. 1. The gym sucks, and is very small, so you'll need a gym membership elsewhere to get what you need done. 2. The office is always closed- read other reviews. 3. They say there is a night security guard, which I don't think that's truthful, I've never seen one, even when people act a fool outside. 4. Worst place I’ve ever lived…DO NOT DO IT! Don’t be fooled by the “upkeep”. From management to the ridiculous parking rules…it’s all BS. Management will literally sit in the office with the closed sign up and not answer your calls. Even the maintenance men know it’s all BS, they would shake their heads when I talk to them about the community. When I say do yourself a favor and run only regret you’ll have is not listening to me !
I strongly do not recommend living here. The management is practically non-existent — the office is rarely staffed, and communication is utterly lacking. My car was towed after months of living here because management failed to update or approve my parking permit. When I moved out in December, I had to email multiple times for several months just to receive my security deposit — I didn’t get it until May. The included WiFi in their so-called “luxury” package is completely unreliable and drops constantly, which is unacceptabl... read more
