Management's communication is dismissive and unprofessional, maintenance requests remain unresolved without MEANINGFUL updates, and resident concerns are met with canned responses rather than actual assistance. The community's gate has remained open, the pool is frequently unavailable, the internet is unreliable, and basic maintenance issues are not addressed within a reasonable timeframe (unless you wear them down for an actual response, not an AI generated response). Taking my daughter to the waterpark for the 3rd time this month becuase they won't get the pool fixed! Only lived here 31 days and no one takes anything seriously. I love my house, just wish I could enjoy everything that comes with it!
I really did not want to leave a review because I understand to an extent this is out of the offices control but this is a recurring issue here that the Wi-Fi is always going down. I wfh half of the week so need wifi to do my job. Part of the reason I moved here is because of the fiber internet so it being down often is an issue. Furthermore you also can’t get your own wifi to even help resolve the issue. My frustration with this is also that the office does a poor job at communicating timelines on fixes which is infuriating... read more
We went to see the apartments and really liked them. I got approved today, which was exciting, but then they towed my car within two hours of me leaving to go find a couch. Definitely not the welcome I was expect
