I really did not want to leave a review because I understand to an extent this is out of the offices control but this is a recurring issue here that the Wi-Fi is always going down. I wfh half of the week so need wifi to do my job. Part of the reason I moved here is because of the fiber internet so it being down often is an issue. Furthermore you also can’t get your own wifi to even help resolve the issue. We went to see the apartments and really liked them. I got approved today, which was exciting, but then they towed my car within two hours of me leaving to go find a couch. Definitely not the welcome I was expect

I have lived here for almost two years. When I first moved in, everything was good, except for the ant and bug issues. I was finally able to get those under control myself (their pest control is a joke). However, I truly loved living here at the beginning. Recently, things have downhill very quickly. Not only do the gates NEVER work, but I have also been without internet for 2 weeks and the office has no update as to when this will be resolved. Many here work from home, so to be without internet for TWO WEEKS is crippling. W... read more

I have been living at this property since it opened in 2023. My overall living experience has been wonderful. Although no community is perfect The good always outweighs the bad. It is mainly a quiet community and I really love that the pool is in the center of the community with easy access to a comfortable clubhouse setting. Maintenance handles our interior home issues pretty quickly and the management team is very cool. Virginia and Davis are always more than eager to help.

Updated: Awesome place! Lived here a year. Move in experience is great. I lived in an apartment my entire adult life and this is a dream. I'll keep it real with you. 1. The gym sucks, and is very small, so you'll need a gym membership elsewhere to get what you need done.. 2. you have to download 6 apps to live here. Which is kinda crazy. My apartments had 1-2 app's that handled everything. Here, every single thing has a separate app. They should really look into fixing that and combining these.
