Beautiful community! Virginia took us on a tour and we enjoyed the experience. The property is well maintained and the office staff was super friendly and professional
The actual homes are fine, but leasing office leaves more to be desired. Communication is HARD, no one is ever in office, have to leave constant messages via chat bot for a response. Also the gate is open 24/7 even after receiving multiple messages and emails it was fixed . 1/30 a package was stolen off my porch . There is no regulation to the community. They harp on ensuring you’re parking in your driveway, even with ample spaces available, but yet ANYONE can enter the community at any given time. Frustrating experience, so... read more
Loved staying here at first but omg the gates never work they need to stop “locking” them even with the code or open button they don’t open or they say they are open and won’t I’ve been late to work because of this issue many time and on top of it all you get fined if you open the door yourself since it’s “breaking the gate” it’s already broke in a whole year it’s never worked
The place looks nice and quiet originally. It gets worse after moving in. The house is using cheap material. The gate broken at all time. (fix 2x and broke on the next day). The parking no sign to help guests (got towed without even warning to resident). The most worse part is office management especially Regina. I do not understand what exact her role where she is no help at all to tenant. Her response is like well good luck type of attitude. Last couple months before i moved out the place is getting so ghetto. People left ... read more
