Moving to the everstead has been great the staff is very responsive and respectful. Dominique helped me through the move in process she was very helpful. We are so happy in this community,
Dominique was great during my visit to the property. She was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I most definitely will be applying.
I’ve lived here for more than a few months and can give a legitimate take on this property. Management is extremely poor. Manager Virginia is rude and unaccommodating the other leasing agent that works in the office is as clueless as a baby and seems to never know how to resolve a simple issue she literally is like a deer in headlights. They sent a request for residents to give their input on how they could improve as a property months ago and not one improvement has been made. Highly do not recommend moving here, management is non-existent. They are literally never here. They towed my car (after living here for months) because management cannot do their job of approving/updating permits. I had to email multiple times for months to get my deposit returned to me. Moved out in December, received the check in May.
The property is new and very nice. The location is great as well. However, the management team is not good at all. They are unresponsive and disregards your needs. While living in the unit, we had the rare Houston snow and we did not have heat downstairs. The heat was not fixed and we just had to stay upstairs during the freezing snow.
