My appointment is in 3 hours and I am having such bad anxiety about going. For years I've complained about my weight and nothing has been done to help me. They insisted I need mental health medicine. I would be happy if I wasn't fat, so please quit pushing antidepressants at me. I'm tired of nothing being done about my weight and highblood pressure. I would cancel my appointment but I don't want to have to pay for an appointment that was the source of so much unwanted stress. I hate this so much.
The lady that deals with scheduling has no customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers. Will not be returning
2-24 The billing Department tried to bill me and I have insurance. Now a big hassle I Have To Fix. Stay away. Rude people. Yuk! NOW 2-25 they sent the bill to COLLECTIONS and they were sending my bill to the wrong Humana address for a YEAR Incompetent! Humana contacted them 6 times on my behalf. Someone in billing should be fired. What a hassle!
I'm coming around. I've had a good experience and the lady in the lab that drew my blood was magical. I don't even know why I had anxiety.
The walk in times are awful. I was number 3 on the queue for over a hour and a half. When I went to the desk to see what my wait time would be after sitting for that long I was told it was at least 2 to 3 more hours. I would guess with wait times like that the walk in only sees maybe 5 people a day. I would suggest any other clinic. I was seen at skagit alliance in and out in under a hour.
