Absolutely love this little location. The staff truly seem to enjoy what they do, and I have been for lab work, to the walk in clinic (multiple times) and pediatrics. So impressed with everyone. Special shout out to Dr. Shontell, in pediatrics, for being an absolute gem and making me feel so good about the timely, thoughtful, thorough care my two kids receive. I’m so grateful to her for her knowledge, meticulous care, follow through and warmth. If I could give 7 stars, I would!

My experience with Optum has overall been excellent. The only difficulty has been the long waits for an appointment; however, I perceive that this is the result of too many patients for too few doctors which is chronic across all of U.S. medicine so not an Optum problem uniquely. We are suffering from a number of issues but Obama Care made it significantly worse.
