The staff was nice I guess but after the provider saw me and told me I fractured my ankle they “checked me out accidentally” and forgot me in the room for 40 minutes while I was waiting for my boot the provider said they would get and fit me with
Tonya, my medical assistant, was incredible. She listened and seemed to want to truly figure out what was wrong. Once Dr. Karyna came in, my chart was completely ignored and disregarded, and a unique medical consideration I have was not taken into account after she admitted that she didn’t know much about it. I have an allergy to a medication listed, and she told me that “there is no reason to believe anything bad would happen, so we can give it to you in an injectable here in the office.” I told her no, and she repeated tha... read more
i was transferred to another line and the lady her name is Cintia C. was not helpful at all. In fact she was very rude , repeating things over and over and sounding being condescending. I will not be coming here anymore
If there was a lesser star rating one could give, I went as a walkin, after.my son broke hi arm at school. They call it urgent care, but treat everyone as walkin. Inwaited for 3 hkurs, even though I was first in waitlist. When I inquired, got to know that they are treating us any walking and doctor is out on lunch break, also, they have only one doctor. Only urgency I saw was to take my money. I would have given less than one star if possible. Super rude receptionists, only trying to prove patients wrong. Definitely changing... read more
