Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Optum as a whole (not just this clinic) has been a major part of the problem. I couldn’t have been more clear coming in that I was there for an annual physical. No diagnostics. Stated this to front desk and doctor multiple times. After a 15-minute appointment (recorded by the doctor using an audio AI agent) where nothing medical was performed, I was charged $500 for a coded “Comprehensive Diagnostic Appointment” which my insurance doesn’t cover.
