We held a Celebration of Life at the Monterey Station this past weekend. Everything was first rate -- the venue, staff, catering, everything. It always comes down to the small details, and they had those covered. For example, they immediately restarted the music when the speeches were over, accommodated various special requests from our guests, and safeguarded the random items accidentally left at the venue. Unreserved thumbs up to the Events By Classic organization and crew.
This has to be one of the most delicious and perfectly prepared meals I have ever had at an event. How they were able to prepare and serve over 200 meals so brilliantly is amazing! We dined at the Barn at Cooper Molera for a wedding on April 23,, 2022’ The beef was perfectly cooked with a crispy out side and rare in the middle… The most outrageously decadent and delicious potato gratin .. salmon was exquisite!
