Beware - We booked this property based on the photos and description, but it was nothing like what was shown online. Upon arrival, we found multiple people wandering the grounds, some appearing to be moving in with personal belongings. It felt more like an extended-stay facility than a vacation rental. I had a great stay at Oak and Fountain in Grand Bay with my mom. The room was clean, well put together, and had everything we needed. Check in was very simple and did not include checking in with a front desk, however the staff were very attentive, and friendly when we needed extra supplies. They made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. The location is beautiful and peaceful and affordable! Exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, and cute. Also, very affordable. I'll definitely book this place again when coming to this area to visit family. Host was very attentive and timely bringing extra linens. The interactions I had with the staff were very pleasant.
I like it so far.
