We hosted our Wedding Welcome Party for about 125 people at Hi Wire's Event Space and had a great experience! The costs are very reasonable in my opinion as well as the bar minimum. Hi Wire includes a lot for the price without nickel and diming you like tables, chairs, black linens, games, photobooth, etc. It was easy to plug my laptop in via HDMI for a looping slideshow. Phenomenal space with an amazing coordination and bar staff.
Robin & the team at Hi-Wire were such an incredible asset to our wedding weekend. They hosted our "Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party" which was a trivia night that we hosted ourselves. The bartenders went above and beyond with the slideshow clicking duty while working the bar! The space had all required electornic capabilities for our set up. Robin and her team was such a huge help as our coordinator for our wedding reception, I can't imagine having done it without her. We were trying to keep costs down as far as things like decor and she decorated the space with basically zero direction from us with what the venue had on hand, and it was beautiful! We provided some flowers that were grown by a friend, and she arranged them into lovely table centerpieces.. she laid out our snack spread for our welcome gathering in the Bier Garden.. set up a photo booth for guests... read more
