-5 stars. They will let you book, have you send your payment in full & then ghost you and pretend they closed their business. They will ignore you off everything & not send your money back.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company took my money for my mom’s 75th birthday party, then apparently closed their doors all while keeping up the pretense of still being around until about 2 months before the party. At this time, I was simply ghosted and out all the money…and then had to scramble and pay SO MUCH MONEY to another venue last minute. They never responded to my many emails, texts, and calls…and never returned any of the money. Stay away from them!!
