My event specialist, Armando, was very helpful and attentive. My team and I had to reschedule our event last minute and Armando worked with me to help alleviate some stress. Once the event was rescheduled, Event Depot was quick to work with us with just a two day turn around. I received great communication and customer service with many updates on arrival time. The crew arrived on time and worked great with our team.

They were prompt and the inflatables were clean. We rented two inflatables, one of which was the axe throwing. Unfortunately, the velcro didn’t work at all and it wasn’t usable. I notified them of the issue within an hour of it being dropped off. Which was a few hours before our party began. I received no response until today saying they’d “look into it”.
