I attended a concert at the Hollywood Casino Event Center in Charles Town, WV on January 31, 2026, and unfortunately the experience was significantly compromised by pervasive secondhand cigarette smoke throughout the venue. Within a short time of arriving, I experienced throat, eye, and nasal irritation, along with a severe headache. The smoke exposure was so extensive that the odor clung to my hair, clothing, and skin, requiring an immediate shower and laundering of all clothing upon returning home. A great time, beautiful place. The lines were long and a few rude people, but The overall experience was good.
Very great experience . My company work party the staff was amazing all night. I truly want to thank all the staff for all their hard work.The food was amazing and all the bartenders pouring drinks did an amazing job. Definitely Great experience.
