I can’t recommend the Evangelista team enough! Kathleen has sold two of our houses and both times it has been a seamless and easy process. We got the help from Kathleen Evangelista when we were buying our house in Levittown. She was very knowledgable of the area and helped us to prepare the viewings and she came with us for all viewings. She helped us with the inspection and attorneys during the contract process. For the closing, she came out with us and helped us at the final signing. It was a very smooth process, she was very responsive and I would recommend working with her, if we sell the house we will do it through her as well.

I am so lucky and grateful to know Kathleen. Kathleen helped us in getting our new apartment. It took a while but we got the home that we wanted. She was very patient with us, booked open houses and she was able to get everything on our lengthy checklist! Bless her for dealing with our requests. Great team and easy process getting through to close. Would highly recommend her to everyone looking for or selling a home.
