Doctors are great but reception staff are useless. I think the Doctors need to read these reviews. Can’t get through and am on hold for an hour. The hold message is enough to make you need a psychiatrist. How do you cancel or make an appointment? And the receptionists are extremely difficult to understand and to be made to understand what the issue is. My son had run out of meds too many times due to not being able to get through.

Dr Aiken is not only a wonderful Doctor, but he has fast become one of our favourite humans. Incredible practice and all the reception staff are so lovely and welcoming
