I had a very bad experience at Europa Center. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and the doctor seemed careless and not interested in my concerns. I left feeling very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
Dr Jai, although always running behind (haha) spends time with his patients, really listens and acts accordingly to treat patients with the best medical care he can offer. He also spends time educating his patients about their conditions and explains extremely well what, when and how to go ahead with treatments. No question, however small, goes unanswered and I'm beyond pleased to have him as my Primary GP and health provider. It is an honour to have him as my Doctor Kelly Jenke
Tl;dr Dr kotti is a standard unempathetic Doctor who adheres to strong policy and does not understand the difference between patient fear and frustration versus combative action against a doctor do not see him and do not consider Europa for the long term.
