Dr Jai, although always running behind (haha) spends time with his patients, really listens and acts accordingly to treat patients with the best medical care he can offer. He also spends time educating his patients about their conditions and explains extremely well what, when and how to go ahead with treatments. No question, however small, goes unanswered and I'm beyond pleased to have him as my Primary GP and health provider. It is an honour to have him as my Doctor Kelly Jenke
Tl;dr Dr kotti is a standard unempathetic Doctor who adheres to strong policy and does not understand the difference between patient fear and frustration versus combative action against a doctor do not see him and do not consider Europa for the long term. Lack of compassion Don't listen properly Even raise their voice at ya Felt very intimidated, and upset when I left Used to be much better
If you want to wait at least 45mins EVERY TIME for your appointment to be met then go here.... no idea how this happens when i was first appointment for the day... no apology or explination... The manager needs to start doing their job :(
Went in for a skin check and told them about lumps on head. Did not look or check ears or bottom feet rush through. He spent a total of 35 seconds looking .Absolutely disappointed with Dr koti. Felt he couldn't get you out quick enough. Would highly recommend not going there for a skin check.
