I had the most incredible Bespoke Facial with Sydney today! She was super kind and made the experience so relaxing, and tailored the service to my specific skin concerns. She also answered all my questions about skincare and recommendations for what I can do at home. 10/10 will be back again! Side note: I forgot to use my gift certificate when I checked out, and when I called a few hours later the person who answered the phone was kind and helped me fix my mistake. Excellent customer service all the way around!
