Had a fabulous experience building with Century 5 yrs ago.
Don't fall on the trap. Model house will be good and its features will not be available for selection. Their promise for the new construction houses is all a lie. They promise you initially when paying the earnest, then lie to you in the face. Don't ever trust their preferred lenders, its a scam. If you still want to take, take a video recording for evidence. Or better Keep looking. I wish to give zero rating but am compelled to give 1 rating.
