UPDATE...EMBRY RIDDLE HAS INCREASED THEIR FLY OVERS BY 200% SINCE JANUARY 2024...Buyer beware!!!! Don't buy a home in the neighborhood if you don't want to hear, see Embry Riddle training flights everyday all day. They start at 730am and don't stop till 530-6pm. ER had over 40,000 flights in ONE YEAR!!! Touch and go flight training every day. It's miserable. OUR PROPERTY VALUES HAVE DECREASED
