Rude employees why are all nursing home workers miserable ppl
The care was absolutely horrible, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
sticky floors in my mom's room when i visited, said she had trouble walking. I told the nurses at the desk, they didn't move. I said i guess i'll clean it. They pointed at the bleach wipes & told me the mop was locked & only maintenence had access- ew 🙄 but what about accidents??? So i grabbed paper towel and wet with soap & water. hand cleaned & dried the floor myself.
The staff does a good job working with some really difficult people.
