This place was horrible! They never delivered the correct food and claimed they never got my family member’s order. When my family member turned on the nurse call light, it took them 20-30 minutes just to get to my family members room. My family member would never get their medication on times. The place smelt awful and the nurse staff was horrible. If you truly care about your family member than I would consider taking them else where. Your family member deserves the best care possible and this is not the place.
The Estates at Bloomington is a fun and loving environment to be in. Is anything perfect? No. But the staff are truly dedicated to making it the best experience ever!
My mom was there for 5 years and my daughter for for 1 year. Their care was wonderful,=, and especially my moms 5 years there. were so much better than when she was home. So many fun things planned by Mary Jo Paulson and great therapy by Scott DeGraff. My daughters time there was much shorter but she was treated very well and when she would get worse they would call us and tell us they were sending here to the hospital, Then had a room for her when she came back.
