Ann Thanos came to our house about a month before we moved out. We were very open regarding the fact that we had little to no furniture being sold, and she said it was fine. The day before we were fully moved out Ann came by (we made sure to tell her the movers were still there), and walked around the house complaining about both the movers and the lack of furniture. We have done hundreds of sales with hundreds of happy customers .What you are not mentioning is that many of the items that were agreed upon to be included in the sale were removed at the last minute and the minimum sales amount couldn't be reached .
