I would advise others to carefully review and question the fees charged before using this law firm’s services. My experience with attorney Will Underwood was very disappointing. I felt the amount requested for preparing a simple probate petition was excessive, and even the judge agreed the fee should be reduced. As a parent trying to protect my daughter’s inheritance, it was upsetting to feel as though her estate was being depleted by unnecessary legal costs.
