Worst apartments ever!!! I tried to move in on July 31st, 2024. Before I moved in Amanda Talsma(Property Manager) and I did view the apartment and didn't see anything at the time. While moving some of my things in I saw some cockroaches (german) there were baby cockroaches, small cockroaches and medium sized cockroaches. I left the apartment IMMEDIATELY and went online and reserved a storage unit to put all of my belongings in. The office was closed at the time. I'm glad because I'm leaving here from almost one year and I haven't had any problem. I love the park, my home as a quit and clean place. The Claudia and Amanda's customer service is amazing. Also the maintenance team, very diligent.
My family and I just moved here almost 2 weeks ago after being displaced from a fire at our previous apartment (different complex, not here). Claudia and Amanda were both wonderful to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process after we applied for an apartment. I can say it has been nothing but a great experience since moving here! The maintenance team is equally as great as the front office, and are quick to work on any work orders you put in.
