Do not buy into or rent here while Monique Hall is involved with the onsite management. Worst managers we have dealt with. We were owner occupiers for nearly 8 years and our after our original managers had to step down for personal reasons, we got stuck with the worst replacements RPC could find and ultimately decided to get out as became too unpleasant.
WARNING - PLEASE READ Before you rent/buy through Monique Hall - please read the reviews on both here and the Real Property Consultants google page. We recently ended our lease at The Establishment and she tried to withhold our entire bond stating the carpets needed to be completely replaced. However, when my roommate and I moved in, the carpets were already showing signs of wear due to carpet moths. We had evidence of this.
