The staff at The Essex Agency is always responsive and they do not shy away from customer support. I have been working with TEA for over 15 years and have always been pleased.
Rude and look down on us because we are low income family. This is a high end agency. So if you got money, go ahead and get great service. Low end, nasty service! They thought they were my only hope for insurance help. Prove them wrong!
