I moved out at the end of September and still haven’t received my security deposit back. Management does not answer calls or emails, and the main phone numbers either ring endlessly or go to voicemail with no response.
Vinny is the best doorman !!
The building team at the Essex is world class. Everyone is both professionally and personally standup. We love Quetcy, Angel, Chris, Louis, Vinny, Blake… They’re all great people, and we feel lucky to see them daily as part of our lives. The maintenance team always do a great job keeping up the building. My only wish was the building owners update the elevator paneling, but the location and amenities of the building are amazing. Great building.
This building has one of the best views of the city! Love the team that works here, from concierges and porters to repairmen. They are always so attentive & helpful.
