What a disaster, I am sorry I ever met these people. I had several autos, two businesses, half million dollar home insured with them and more. BROCK INSURANCE allowed the auto policy to lapse over two months without even a phone call. I could have lost everything if we had an accident. I changed agents due to this terrible mistake Brock Ins. made, then Brock did everything they could to keep me from getting a proper refund, eight months later I am still owed money from BROCK INSURANCE.
