I joined The Essence to help me build more structure, learn more about workout forms and feel motivated again for my fitness journey. Sameer is a great coach and designs workouts that leave you feeling stronger every time. I’d highly recommend joining if you’re feeling lost and demotivated.
Before I joined Theessense, I didn't really know how to have a structured workout. Training with Sam made a huge difference. He's really knowledgeable and explains things clearly, which has helped me feel more confident in the gym. The place is always clean and the vibe is positive and motivating. I enjoy training here and would definitely recommend it.

Sam has an app with up to date workouts that are science based and methodological to reach your muscles building goals.
