The appointment with my doctor went well. Although after waiting at the reception, I found out that I was being charged an extra $70. I enquired about the deviation in cost, and was told that "as your appointment exceeded 15 minutes, you've been charged for a long appointment". After waiting for my doctor to complete his notes, and then waiting to be served at the reception, it had only been 20 minutes since my appointment commenced.
