I took my 87 year old mother to see Dr Burns. He was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and listen to what my mom had to say. I was very impressed with everyone we saw while at the office. Thank you for being so patient, compassionate and kind.
Office staff is very rude and condescending!! I was a long time patient of Dr Ferreira I called to have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy they refused !! I was left without my prescriptions.Office Manager stated she would call me back never did ! Trying to get through to office is a 1/2 hour wait via a call center ! What kind of Doctor allows that ?
