Sam was incredibly helpful in finding an apartment in the city. We knew nothing about living in NYC and Sam helps us through every step of the way. He was able to help us figure out what we were looking for and did multiple FaceTime calls to see apartments with us. He went nice and beyond, helping my packages get into my apartment while I wasn’t there. We will definitely be using him in the future!
My girlfriend and I worked with Sam to find our first apartment together in the city. He took into account our criteria and made the process very easy and stress free. He was easy to work with, and very personable. When problems arose with a potential building, he was on top of it and persistent with them. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment and new to the city.
