I booked on Airbnb, cancelled within 48 hours and requested a refund as per the strict cancellation policy and cancelled more than 14 days in advance. The app indicated I'd get a full refund but it didn't come through. Nicholas & Lesharn ignored multiple attempts at contact, and then told Airbnb they didn't wish to issue a refund. So $300 for absolutely nothing, and the hosts have pocketed most of it (even though they'll likely have other guests stay those nights!)

We spent a lovely Xmas break at the place. It is very clean, well equipped, modern, comfy and well located. It has nespresso like coffee machine and kettle and we had a bowl of tropical fruits as part of the amenities. You will need a car to go around but the place has an spacious parking. The room is independent from the rest of the house, so you will have privacy.
